Our marriage documents are signed by the CONSUL of the Philippine Embassy in Hanoi. However, when we ate about to legalized it to MOFA HCMC, they said that Mr. Olaguera is only VICE CONSUL not CONSUL. So, I called our Embassy last saturday and they told me that they already informed MOFA HANOI 2 months ago about this changing positions. But MOFA HANOI haven't informed MOFA HCMC up until now.

Dear Sir, My DN visa is expired today and I cannot renew because I cannot have sponsor. May I ask from your good office for an advice/assistance on what measures should I do? I cannot go out at the moment because I am afraid of Covid infection. I look for Air tickets online but it was too expensive. I don't have enough money. Respectfully yours, Salve Ansay
Dear Sir/Madam, Good day to you! I would like to asistance from your office in regards to my concern which is my DN visa was Expired last May 14,2021. I asked my agent to processed that for me lasy May 11 but couldn't get any. So i went there to your office last May 20 to ask a letter for immigration to extend my visa in which they told me to go first at immigration office to ask if I'm Automatic or NOT which I presumed that I'm under automatic because I arrived Vietnam last March 14,2020 last year thus I shouldn"t have penalty/fines when processing my visa, right? With that being said, can you provide me that memorandum about 'automatic or not automatic' so I can show it to my agent so I dont have pay penalty/fines for expired visa please. I am lloking forward to your positive and prompt reply. Respectfully, Mr Ven
