Yes, you can get a Visa On Arrival in Vietnam. You need to show the Visa Arrival Approval Letter granted by Immigration Department of Vietnam with your passport and 2 photographs and stamping fee with entry-exit form, at Airport. After clearance you get your Visa stamp from Immigration Officer.
